Club Apps Privacy Policy illustrates what personal information you may share with us, Spin to Win, India. (“we” or “our”) when installing and using this application (“Application”). Collection of Information

We will collect technical information that may also be personal data (e.g. IP-address, device ID number etc.) from your device in order for us to be able to provide the functionality of the Application. This collected information is required for us and for our sub-suppliers to verify that your de-vice is accurately registered. We reserve the right to use such information for statistics and user support.

if you create a profile with us, mandatory information will include your full name and other user information. You may provide us with additional information such as information on your use of third party services such as but not limited to Google and Facebook. The information may be re-quired for the App to interact with third party services. We will use information concerning third party services only for the purpose of interaction between the Application and the services of third parties.

You are responsible for any content and information uploaded to and displayed in the Application. Information provided in the profile will be received and stored by us until this information is changed or deleted by you.

Withdraw Policy

- Minimum amount of points to withdraw in PayPal is 60000 Points(For International Payment) and for Paytm is 60000 Points. 1000 Points is equal to 1.5 INR.

- Withdrawals will be proceeds as per load and availability of server person responded.

- Users have to use all free or earned spin within same day, next day all spins will be reset. However any spins or points earned seems illegal way, admin is authorized to reset spins and points to 0 and/or delete account. We are not responsible to clarify how we found earn of spins and points are illegal.

- Admin charge will be deducted as per time to time policy.

- All transaction logs and earning will be cleared for user who are in-active since last 30 days.

- Once user remove or uninstall app from his/her mobile device, all the collected coin be lost. So keep app on your mobile device after once install it.

- Note ** We are accepting max entry of score on 1 time spin is 30.

All of our sub-suppliers reserve the right to use the transferred information for statistics and user support without restrictions regarding applicability in time.

Marketing

We will use the information associated with you to be able to deliver our services in the Applica-tion. Furthermore, we may use the information to send you newsletters and for marketing pur-poses if you have agreed hereto according to applicable local law.

Change of Privacy Policy

We are allowed to change this Privacy Policy at any time, and we advise you to review the Privacy Policy from time to time. In case of major changes in the content of this Privacy Policy, you will be informed about the changes and asked to agree hereto.

Governing law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with India law. In the event of the ineffectiveness, invalidity or un-enforceability of any of these provisions you agree that we may substitute such by an effective, valid and enforceable provision which is, in its legal result, as close as possible to the ineffective, invalid or unenforceable provision.
